Racks made to measure, for every drive

WMH Herion offers one of the most comprehensive rack ranges on the market: from ground precision racks in gear quality 5, through quenched and tempered and induction hardened versions, to round racks, plastic racks and racks for linear guides.

The rack portfolio is complemented by ready-to-install rack and pinion drives and servo worm gear units, which can be combined into a complete drive solution. Many standard items are available from stock, and custom-made solutions to drawing are produced on request.

Ground racks achieve higher gear qualities (e.g. DIN class 5) and are suitable for precision applications in which positioning accuracy and low noise are decisive. Milled versions are more cost-effective and suitable for less demanding applications.
