Slewing bearings
The delivery range includes single-row ball slewing bearings in standard and flange designs as well as crossed roller slewing bearings, each with internal or external toothing, but also without toothing. A wide variety of special designs is available as well.
Materials for standard components are quenched and tempered steels (42CrMo4 and others). For custom-made solutions, various stainless steels – for example X45Cr13 – are also processed
- External and internal toothing, module 3 – 24
- Straight-toothed and helical
- Turning, drilling, gear cutting and hardening as standard up to 5000 mm
- Gear qualities 8 – 12 (milled)
- Gear tolerance field 27
- Seal: on standard components, simple lip seal profiles are used on the top and bottom of the slewing bearing; for custom-made solutions and very adverse ambient conditions, multi-lip seal profiles are also possible
- Hardening depth testing by ultrasonic measurement
- Quality assurance through simulation and test run after complete assembly at our works
- 100% inspection

For special operating conditions and applications (e.g. extreme temperatures, risk of contamination, a suspended mounting position, or particularly high forces, moments or speeds), special designs can be manufactured. You can discuss the details with our design engineers at any time.
