Designs and special solutions
Backlash-free spur gear system
Our new backlash-free spur gear system enables backlash-free drive in combination with a rack. It is connected to a gear unit via a flange to ISO 9409-1. The backlash-free spur gear system is available both as a helical and as a straight-toothed version.
Flange pinions
In addition to the standard designs listed, the manufacturing range of our flange pinions also includes customer-specific special solutions. Parameters such as module and number of teeth are freely selectable according to customer requirements. Please send us your individual configuration so that we can provide a corresponding quotation.
Master gears
The master gears have hardened and ground teeth. The hub and the bore are then machined further to suit the application. This allows us to achieve shorter delivery times and a broader range of possible applications. Our master gears are available in modules 2 – 6.
Calculation of plastic spur gears
The plastic bevel and spur gears made of acetal resin (Hostaform C) are produced by injection moulding. Thanks to their relatively high hardness and low coefficient of friction, they show particularly favourable wear behaviour. Their running properties are not impaired by humidity or lubricating oil. They work perfectly in water and are resistant to many chemicals. With normal load levels and durations, they can be used in a temperature range from -40° C to +100° C.
