At our Wolnzach site we offer theses (Bachelor/Master) on AI-supported quotation costing, ideal for students of industrial engineering or other technical degree programmes with an interest in commercial questions.

Your tasks

• Analysis of existing costing processes for custom-made drive elements (e.g. racks, gears, special components)
• Research into AI tools, implementation and testing
• Development of a data model for deriving realistic production times, costs and prices
• Identification of cost drivers and costing patterns in existing projects
• Collaboration on a pilot project for the digitalisation and automation of the quotation processes

Your profile

• Studies in industrial engineering or other technical degree programmes
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and AI
• Analytical skills
