Herion and Linner merge

The newspaper is already reporting busily on “Herion and Linner merge” and we are deep into the further planning, the preparations and numerous discussions on the matter.
What led us to this decision? We, that is the Linner group of companies and WMH Herion Antriebstechnik GmbH, have shared a partnership based collaboration for many years. This is of course helped by the thematic and geographical proximity of our companies. But above all by the fact that we get on extremely well on a personal level.
We put our heads together and held many, many discussions. With the result: a joint strategic vision for the best possible development of our family businesses and a guiding slogan: “Together we achieve the most!”
What exactly does that mean? Here are the hard facts:
- We are bringing our capabilities together and will then be even better in the fields of drive technology, electronics, tool making, special machining tools as well as service and consulting.
- We have a broader spectrum in our product and service portfolio.
- Together we will master the growing challenges on the market and are ideally equipped for them.
- We will be an even more stable, more interesting and more valuable partner for our customers.
As we are known to place great value on our cultural development, in order to contribute with fun and curiosity to a world in which technology inspires people, the focus of the merger is also on the following topics:
- The preservation of jobs
- The greatest possible security for the team
- Good further development of the many potentials
So what is coming up now? A lot! As the management, our first step is to support the three successfully operating companies in their day to day business as well as possible. At the same time, planning for the merger is running at full speed in the background. For the practical implementation this means: construction work, team building, production planning, leveraging synergies etc…
