Whether a component, an individual drive system or a complex assembly, we design to the latest software standards, either according to your drawings and specifications or by creating customer-specific special solutions and in-house developments (e.g. the patented backlash-free spur gear). Our team of experienced engineers and CAD designers works closely together on every project. That saves not only development time but also costs.

Based on the data you supply or on the concept we develop, we handle the dimensioning of your drive train in-house, either partly or completely. Using the calculations of our complex design software, we determine the expected load cycles for your specific application in advance and thus create a sound basis for the realisation of your project.

From the idea to series maturity: nothing less than the complete package is our intention and our standard. For this we offer expertise and technology under one roof. The close interlinking of our internal departments and flat hierarchies ensure optimal processes and seamless transitions. Our state-of-the-art machinery also enables us to shorten the time between prototype creation and final series production.

Our products are manufactured on state-of-the-art machines and, on request, can be professionally assembled and delivered as an assembly. Our qualified specialists, seamless controlling and a certified quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) guarantee consistent quality in the production of every single product.

Rack too long? Bore too small? Thread missing? Do you need a keyway or an internal profile? No problem for us. Almost every component from our standard product range can be adapted and modified to your needs and requirements quickly and with relatively little effort, which reduces the delivery time and saves costs. This is ensured by our trained specialists on the one hand and our modern machinery on the other.

Our warehouse with over 12,000 catalogue items makes it possible to respond quickly to your enquiries and to deliver the part you need without long delays. For customer-specific special solutions manufactured in-house, we guarantee complete spare parts supply, on demand. We also offer our customers an optional on-site service.

Out of sight, out of mind? Not at WMH Herion. Should you need support with drive technology, our field sales staff will take care of your concerns, or you can reach us personally by telephone. In addition, our internal sales team advises you on all questions relating to the WMH product and service portfolio.

Out of passion and tradition, we offer a special service with the reproduction of original parts for classic cars, old machines or gear units. Both our many years of design experience and our unique machinery play a role here. The combination of the two turns a part measurement into the required drive component and makes single-part production or the production of small series possible.

We offer our customers a further extra service with sample part measurement for the reproduction of specific drive elements. On the basis of high-precision measurements as well as exact material analyses and definitions, detailed design drawings are created for documentation purposes or as a basis for further parts manufacturing.
