Bevel gears

Bevel gears and bevel gear sets are available with a wide variety of mounting dimensions and transmission ratios. Straight, helical and spiral-toothed designs are available, manufactured in various materials, also heat-treated and machined ready for installation.

Our standard bevel gears made from material 1.0503 (C45) are manufactured with longitudinally crowned tooth flanks to quality 9 in accordance with DIN 3962, 3963 and 3967. They are interchangeable. For higher loads they can subsequently be induction-hardened to 52±2 HRC or quenched and tempered to 850 – 900 [N/mm²]. When installing, please make sure that the axial forces are absorbed by bearings with a suitable load capacity.

  • i = 1:1,5
  • i = 1:2
  • i = 1:2,5
  • i = 1:3
  • i = 1:4
  • Injection-moulded acetal resin in i = 1:1 to 1:4
