Bevel gears
Our standard bevel gears made from material 1.0503 (C45) are manufactured with longitudinally crowned tooth flanks to quality 9 in accordance with DIN 3962, 3963 and 3967. They are interchangeable. For higher loads they can subsequently be induction-hardened to 52±2 HRC or quenched and tempered to 850 – 900 [N/mm²]. When installing, please make sure that the axial forces are absorbed by bearings with a suitable load capacity.
Our stock range comprises the following versions:
- i = 1:1
- i = 1:1,5
- i = 1:2
- i = 1:2,5
- i = 1:3
- i = 1:4
- Injection-moulded acetal resin in i = 1:1 to 1:4
For our bevel gears, too, we offer individual solutions. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to meet your application requirements and produce the right product for you. Take a look at a selection of our options for custom-made solutions.
