Get in touch, we will help you integrate the WS 730 optimally into your processing plant. The WS 730 uses a rotor with a diameter of 730 mm and movable steel blades to separate light materials (e.g. films, paper) from the heavy fraction on the conveyor belt. The air currents generated draw off the light materials, while the heavy materials remain on the belt. The air bypass allows the separation accuracy to be fine-tuned continuously. The WS 730 is available either with a 5.5 kW electric motor or with a hydraulic high-speed motor (50 cc, 30 to 60 litres/min). Both versions can be integrated into existing plant technology without difficulty. The hydraulic drive is recommended if a hydraulic circuit is already available. The WS 730 is mounted directly onto the conveyor belt. The compact mounting dimensions (approx. 850 × 850 × 900 mm for the electric motor version, without hose connection) allow it to be used on a wide range of common conveyor systems. Knocker rollers on the conveyor belt and a quick-change hose mount are included as standard. Yes. The quick-change hose mount allows intake either via an inclined duct or via a hose, so the WS 730 can also be used as a leaf vacuum with bag filler. A wind separator with cleaning device and discharge screw is available as an optional extension. Yes. With the optional wind separator, the WS 730 is also suitable as a dosing unit for additives.
